Three Year Professional Course
This course is mainly for people who wish to follow a career path as a professional homeopath however it is also suitable for anyone wishing to have a greater understanding of homeopathy but do not intend to practice as a homeopath. The course is broken down into two parts, Foundation year and Homeopathic Licentiate Professional Two Year Course.
Foundation Year:
Our first year is a Foundation Year, by the end of which students will have gained a good understanding of the principles of homeopathic philosophy, and a working knowledge of how to select and administer homeopathic remedies for common ailments, for acute situations and begun prescribing for chronic conditions. This year can be taken as a stand alone course for anyone wishing to have a better understanding of homeopathy so that they are confident to use remedies for common ailments and first aid for their family.
Homeopathic Licentiate Professional Course:
The following two years focus on developing students' skills as professional homeopaths and beginning to build up their practices.
There are 10 weekends in each academic year. As well as attending the lecture weekends you will need to allow at least 15 to 20 hours home study a month and have to accumulate 150 clinic hours by attending our monthly student clinics and sitting in with qualified homeopaths.
Included in the course is supervision of up to 10 cases, there is also extra one to one support available if a student is experiencing difficulties that may affect their enjoyment of or ability to complete the course. We pride ourselves on being flexible to the changing needs of our students.

Annual Fees
Fees for the academic year beginning January 2023 are £2,300 per annum if paid in full or £2,400 if paid in 10 monthly instalments of £240. Please note that annual fees remain due should you decide to leave the course part way through a year, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Course fees for the three year course total £6900, £2300 paid at the beginning of each academic year for three years or £7200, £240 paid monthly over 10 months, each year for three years.
What's included in the fees:
Annual fees include attendance at the college lecture weekends, the clinics, marking costs and supervision of up to 10 cases.
What isn't included in the fees:
Student membership of Homeopathy International, currently £35 per year, the ARH, currently £45 per year, or £64.16 with student indemnity insurance. Student indemnity insurance will be needed from 4 months into the professional course and can be arranged with Balens Insurance as a stand alone, or if you already have public liability insurance it is usually possible to add homeopathy to this. Student membership of a Homeopathic Association is not needed but is advised.
The cost of textbooks are not included in the fees.
